Terms of Service
Last updated: May 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Decore, creating an account, subscribing to a plan, generating content, or using any feature of the platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service and the Decore Privacy Policy.
If you use Decore on behalf of a company, studio, client, or other organization, you declare that you have authority to accept these terms on behalf of that entity. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Who can use it
Decore is primarily intended for architects, interior designers, 3D visualizers, students, studios, agencies, real estate developers, creators, and professionals involved in the visual production of architecture and interiors.
You must provide truthful information, keep your credentials secure, and use the account only in an authorized manner. You are responsible for all activities carried out in your account, including when you grant access to collaborators, clients, or third parties.
3. What Decore offers
Decore is an AI-powered visual workspace that turns references, photos, floor plans, sketches, renders, materials, and products into visual assets such as images, edits, videos, and panoramas.
Features may include a canvas, a reference library, file uploads, image presets, micro-editing, video generation, 360 panoramas, generation history, credits, and other tools released over time.
4. Use of AI and professional review
AI-generated results may contain errors, distortions, inconsistencies, similarities to other content, inaccurate information, or elements that do not fully match your references. Decore does not guarantee that any output will be unique, exclusive, technically correct, registrable, free of conflicts, or suitable for construction execution without review.
You must review all results before presenting, executing, building, purchasing materials, approving projects, or making professional decisions. Decore does not replace an architect, engineer, designer, drafter, legal advisor, responsible technician, or any qualified professional.
5. Content submitted by you
You remain the holder of the rights you already have over photos, videos, floor plans, renders, texts, prompts, references, materials, brands, projects, and other content submitted to the platform. By submitting content, you declare that you have sufficient rights, licenses, and authorizations to use it on Decore.
You must not submit confidential client content, personal data, images of people, works, brands, private environments, or third-party materials without proper authorization. You are responsible for violations of copyright, image, voice, trademark, privacy, trade secret, intellectual property, or professional rules arising from the content you submit.
6. License to operate the platform
By submitting content to Decore, you grant Decore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for as long as necessary, to host, store, copy, process, technically modify, transmit, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating, protecting, supporting, improving, and providing the platform and its features.
7. Outputs and commercial use
Unless otherwise specified in a plan, contract, or third-party rule, you may commercially use the outputs generated by Decore in presentations, studies, proposals, social media, and communication materials, provided you comply with these terms, applicable law, and third-party rights.
Decore does not guarantee exclusivity over AI-generated outputs. Identical or similar results may be produced for other users or by other systems, especially when prompts, references, styles, or parameters are similar.
8. Plans, credits, and usage limits
Decore operates with free and paid plans, feature limits, and monthly credits. Credits may be consumed by generation, editing, video, panorama, upscale, or other actions indicated in the interface, in commercial materials, or in the rules of the current plan.
Credits are a unit of platform usage; they have no monetary value, are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and may expire, reset, or vary according to the plan, subscription cycle, promotion, or applicable rule. Decore may adjust prices, allowances, consumption per feature, and future limits, honoring charges already completed and communications required by law.
Monthly credits from subscription plans are not cumulative: when a new cycle begins, the monthly balance is reset according to the allowance of the current plan. Promotional or one-off credits may follow their own rules stated in the promotion or at purchase.
9. Payments, subscriptions, and cancellation
Paid plans may be charged monthly or annually through payment providers such as Stripe, according to the price, cycle, and conditions displayed at the time of purchase. You are responsible for keeping valid payment information and for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle at the plan's current price until you cancel. In promotional offers with an introductory price, the promotional amount applies only to the stated period and, after that period, the subscription renews automatically at the regular price disclosed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time and on your own, without prior contact or justification, through the subscription management area in your account. Redundantly, Decore also offers cancellation by email at contato@decore.app and through its other official support channels. Unless a legal obligation provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and paid access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
The cancellation date is deemed to be the date of the first cancellation request validly received through any of the official channels, and Decore keeps records of these requests. If you encounter any unavailability or technical difficulty in one of the channels, it is your responsibility to immediately use one of the alternative channels indicated above, in particular the email contato@decore.app, before the renewal date. Given the existence of multiple independent and redundant channels, a momentary failure of a single channel does not constitute an impossibility of cancellation nor justify a refund of charges when an alternative channel was available and not used in a timely manner.
Payment failures, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or default may result in suspension, downgrade, loss of the cycle's credits, or restriction of features.
10. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Where applicable to consumer relationships carried out off business premises, the consumer user may exercise the right of withdrawal within the legal period of 7 days, in accordance with Brazilian law. Requests must be sent to contato@decore.app or through the available support channel.
Outside the mandatory legal cases, payments already made for periods, credits, promotions, or consumed features may be non-refundable. This does not limit rights guaranteed by law in the event of service failure, improper charges, or another applicable legal situation.
11. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Decore for illegal, offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawfully political content, or content that violates third-party rights, exposes personal data without a legal basis, promotes violence, manipulates identity, circumvents payment systems, infringes professional rules, or harms the brand, users, suppliers, or infrastructure of Decore.
It is also prohibited to attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or APIs without authorization, to copy or exploit the platform abusively, to resell unauthorized access, to automate usage excessively, to circumvent credit limits, to interfere with security, to perform improper reverse engineering, or to use outputs for purposes prohibited by law or by the policies of AI providers.
12. Third parties and integrations
Decore relies on cloud, database, storage, authentication, AI, image and video processing, payment, analytics, communication, and security providers. These services may have their own terms, policies, and technical limitations.
The availability of certain features may depend on these providers. Decore may replace, limit, suspend, or change integrations and models used by the platform to preserve security, quality, cost, continuity, or legal compliance.
13. Changes, availability, and beta versions
Decore may launch, change, suspend, or discontinue features, presets, models, plans, limits, flows, interfaces, or beta resources. Some features may experience instability, queues, quality variations, or temporary unavailability.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, compatibility with all devices, or suitability for all projects, commercial deadlines, or technical requirements of the user.
14. Privacy and personal data
The processing of personal data by Decore follows the Privacy Policy available at https://decore.app/privacy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that account, usage, upload, payment, analytics, support, and AI feature data may be processed in accordance with that policy.
15. Suspension and termination
Decore may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, content, credits, payments, or access to the platform in the event of a violation of these terms, suspected fraud, security risk, default, abusive use, legal order, third-party complaint, or legal, reputational, or operational risk.
You may stop using the platform or request account termination through the available channels. Deletion or termination may be subject to retentions necessary for legal compliance, auditing, security, billing, fraud prevention, and the defense of rights.
16. Liability and indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decore will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational damage, failures arising from third parties, professional use without review, decisions made based on AI outputs, or content submitted by the user.
You agree to indemnify and hold Decore, its partners, employees, and associates harmless from claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, content submitted by you, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, legal non-compliance, or professional use of outputs without adequate validation.
17. Support and communications
For questions, requests, complaints, cancellations, billing matters, or requests related to these terms, contact us by email at contato@decore.app or through official channels indicated by Decore.
We may send operational, legal, transactional, and security communications by email, WhatsApp, in-platform messages, or other channels you have provided.
18. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In relationships with consumers, the mandatory rights and jurisdictions provided by applicable law will be preserved.
Where the law allows the choice of jurisdiction, the courts of the district of Decore's headquarters are elected to resolve disputes related to these terms, without prejudice to a prior attempt at amicable resolution through the support channels.
